My Story

Since I was three years old, I've been involved with sports. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, and soccer, until soccer became my primary sport.

I played soccer for Wakeland High School in Frisco, TX where I helped my team win the 2017 Texas 5A State Championship. I also played college soccer for a division two school called Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

On paper, it would seem like I was a model athlete who achieved their dream of playing in college. But if I'm being honest, throughout my entire career, my mentality had always held me back. Whether it was struggling with confidence, difficulty bouncing back from failure, fear of taking risks, or a multitude of other mental blocks. However, during my career, I didn't know these were issues I could fix and just followed the common advice at the time which was to "work harder."

It wasn't until I ended my playing career and became a soccer coach that I realized I wasn't alone in my mental struggles. Most of my players were dealing with the same mental struggles I'd been dealing with, yet there wasn't a resource out there to help them. Upon realizing this, I took it upon myself to research the best athletes in the world to create a practical mental health and performance guide for athletes called "How to Be a Winner."

Since then, I have taught thousands of athletes (through social media and private coaching) how to remove their mental blocks and consistently perform their best. I'm so passionate about coaching athletes in their mental performance because this training will not only help them in their sport but in their life.
